Gently shake N°3 Beetroot & Ginger and pour it over ice cubes. Finish it off with a lime espuma. You can easily make it yourself:

1. Squeeze the lime for juice (120ml). 

2. Soak 6 gelatin leaves in lukewarm water. 

3. Combine everything and whisk until smooth.

4. Add a dash of olive oil.

5. Pour the mixture into an espuma bottle.

6. Attach 1 gas cartridge and store in the refrigerator.

Spray the lime espuma over the mocktail and sprinkle with crushed pink peppercorns.
