We are currently looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join the team.  We are looking specifically for a candidate with experience within Food & Beverages and who ideally has experience of selling to the wholesale and hospitality sector. 
You’ll be our first key accountmanager and ideally – you're the one with the potential and skills to grow into the role of (international) sales manager.
But... to do that: you’ll need the right bootstrapping mentality to literally put The Mocktail Club on the European map!

The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) manages new and existing accounts: your aim is to put TMC on the (international) map as an indispensible brand within the market of non-alcoholic premium drinks! Together with our growing sales team, you are the face of our Club to our customers and are responsible for promoting our culture and values, as well as our products. The KAM aims to maximise the development of customer sales and product distribution while implementing local and (inter-)national business plans. 

As a KAM you thrive on challenge, change and opportunity: in a scale-up such as The Mocktail Club, there isn’t such a thing as a typical day! You will likely be out and about presenting, negotiating, implementing plans, and of course taking orders. As our sales team grows you’ll also be the one coaching and guiding our juniors. 


  • Working closely with the founders to deliver a key part of the sales strategy.
  • Visiting new and existing clients in order to achieve the desired growth numbers: you manage and build the client portfolio. You will make appointments at restaurants, bars, liquor stores, retail stores, concept stores, … but also develop new business opportunities (such as caterers, hotels,…). You follow up on your clients through our CRM system. 
  • Work together with marketing to develop an effective marketing strategy and taking part in (inter-)national trade fairs and events. 
  • Liaising with other departments (R&D, marketing, customer service) to resolve issues and maximise opportunities.


  • You are a positive and customer focused , experienced sales hero with a minimum of 5y of relevant experience in the F&B sector. You combine this with a bachelor or master degree. 
  • You are social, motivated & love to work in a flexible manner.  We won’t tell you how or when to do your job. We trust that you just do it – the way you see fit. 
  • You work problem solving and you love a good challenge: working for a scale-up means we’re bootstrapping our way to the top.  
  • You have a commercial and curious mindset. You smell a sales opportunity from miles away and you find it hard not to scan every menucard you see if our logo is on it.  
  • You take initiative, enjoy working independently and have people skills. As our potential future sales manager you need to be able to manage a team and represent the TMC culture. We believe in leading by example
  • And ofcourse - You like to be on the road and in contact with customers. You’re a true social bunny and know the value of an amazing network.

  • The Mocktail Club is a true “love brand”: we get quite a lot of inbound sales opportunities and people know us for our high quality, premium products.
    In fact, our bottles tend to sell themselves ;-) 
  • Flexible working hours: no – we don’t offer a 9-to-5 job here and no: we don’t expect you to be at the office at 8h. But if we have a sales event on a Saturday: you’re expected to be there (seems quite logical – right?)
